-use flash cs4
-make your own BG
-do like trick or treatings in someone house and do something random
-use 24 fps
-the deadline is when halloween starts
-5 second or longer or shorter
-you can use costumes or not(if you dont use costum insert a 'none' in the animation).
-YOU WILL NOT USE SOUND FX
